ALL other orders will be shipped via USPS Express. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for delivery from the desired shipping date.

We take pride in our customer service at FlowerToy Inc and this includes not only the quality of our products, but also the speed of our service and delivery. Keeping this in mind, we require that any cancellation or adjustment to your order be made no later than 11.59pm EST 2 days before the scheduled delivery.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

We cannot deliver to P.O boxes.

How can I place my Shipping Order?

Shipping Orders can be placed directly on our website or over the phone with our Customer Happiness Team (561-445-6886).
We use USPS-Priority Express Mail (1-2 Days). You will choose a Prefered Shipping Date and that is the day we will ship your FlowerToy®.
How far in advance do I need to place my Shipping Order?
Shipping Orders must be placed by 11pm for next day Shipping. Keep in mind, we ship out Monday – Friday! If you are planning ahead, you can place your order as soon as you ready for up to 90 days in advance!
How can I pay for my Shipping Order?
We accept PayPal and most credit cards (Amex, MasterCard, Visa, Discover)
What products are available to ship?
Most of our FlowerToys® are shippable.
Will FlowerToy® products arrive fresh?
Yes! We guarantee our products arrive safe and fresh when shipped in our custom-designed Shipping Packaging!
How does FlowerToy® ship?
We ship through USPS Priority Mail Express in custom-designed Shipping Packaging. We only offer 1 to 2 Day Transit options since we are shipping perishable goods.
What should I do with my Shipping Order once it arrives?
Enjoy! ! FlowerToy® needs to be watered. Please follow care instructions included in the box or on the website.

We ship nationwide to all states, including HI and AK.

When will my Shipping Order arrive?
When you place your order, you will be prompted to choose a specific shipping date, which must fall on a Monday – Friday. For special occasions, we recommend receiving at least one – two days in advance. 

As soon as your order is processed, you will receive a USPS Tracking Number, which can be used to track your package (on USPS.com) while it is in transit. USPS delivers throughout the day, typically between 8am and 3pm.
Is my arrival date guaranteed?
We are not able to guarantee arrival dates and times for Shipping Orders since we ship through USPS as a third party. For special occasions, we recommend arrival at least one – two days early. For weekend events, we recommend arrival on Thursday. Our FlowerToys® stay fresh for up to 2 weeks with proper care!
What if my Shipping Order does not arrive on the date I chose?
We guarantee our FlowerToys® arrive safe and fresh, but do not guarantee arrival dates and times since we ship through USPS as a third party. If you haven’t placed your order already, we recommend receiving it at least one – two days in advance of a special occasion. If you have already placed your order, our FlowerToys® stay fresh for up to 2 weeks with proper care, so you can enjoy your order for many days to come!
Do I need to be home to sign for my Shipping Order?
USPS does not require a signature for our packages, which means that your order will be left at the arrival destination as long as the USPS delivery person feels comfortable doing so. If the 1st Attempt is unsuccessful, a 2nd Attempt will be made as soon as USPS can accommodate it, usually on the following business day.
How are FlowerToy® shipping rates calculated?
Our shipping rates are calculated based on weight, distance, and transit type. In order to calculate a shipping rate, we need to know what you want to order, where your order is being shipped, and which transit option you would like to ship with.
Can I make changes to my Shipping Order?
